Tiwa Savage opens up on secret romance with celebrity that left her emotionally drained

 

Nigerian Afrobeats star Tiwa Savage has revealed painful details about a past relationship with a fellow celebrity, describing it as “disrespectful” and emotionally exhausting.


Speaking candidly, Tiwa shared that her partner insisted their romance remain private, often justifying his behavior by saying he needed to “work the room” during public events.


“He told me he didn’t want us to go public… We might be at the same event, and he’d be laughing, even touching other ladies, while looking at me like, ‘Don’t worry, I’m just doing it.’ And I couldn’t say anything,” she recounted.


The singer admitted that despite trying to understand, the secrecy and public disrespect left her silenced and deeply hurt.
